People say opposites do attract, but we’d love to think it’s because two different souls would complete each other–and that’s on Kenny and Cindy.
Kenny is an outgoing, cheery, and the type of guy that will lit up the room, even with his presence only. On the other hand, Cindy is a person you can rely on; detailed, attentive, and caring. Both are the owners of Flouriedust Decoration, and with such expertise, it explains why they were strong-willed about how their wedding venue should be; intimate, colorful, and unique. Long story short, the mesmerizing skylines and city views from The Sky Lounge at The Westin Surabaya was chosen to be their ground to celebrate.
The special day began with a holy matrimony in the morning, where a classic combination of white and green filled the church. There were also beautiful arrangements of flowers–many of them, and we loved how it made the atmosphere so calm and solemn.
Like most weddings we handled in 2021, Kenny and Cindy also faced a similar challenge; to rescale the number of guests in their event due to government rules and to maintain strict health protocol. However, this did not make their big day any less special.
Witnessed by their parents and siblings they dearly cherished, the evening at The Sky Lounge became even more intimate and definitely a night to remember. To color the venue, Cindy picked bold tones in navy and white accent, complemented with white and emerald green. Drink by drink, pictures by pictures, and bright smiles consistently painted the night. Laughter and hugs from their family were heartwarming, and it was such a blissful moment.
Despite the wedding being attended by families only, we still encouraged Kenny and Cindy to have the decoration they desired and also a beautiful wedding cake. We strongly believed that every couple deserved their dream wedding to come true, because it’s a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. For family and friends that could not attend the event, Kenny and Cindy personally sent hampers that represented their happiness of unity to their closest ones.
The event wrapped up nicely and the newlyweds went home with blessings of many, and an intimate picturesque wedding to remember for a lifetime. Congratulations, Kenny and Cindy!
