#BeYOUtifulChristmas

There won't be any 2021, so we need to wrap it up neatly. Since we had to cancel the 2020 celebration due to the pandemic, we decided to hold it again. We kept the concept of combining a celebration night with a charity on the following days. Of course, detailed preparation is a must to create a meaningful moment.

We wondered what kind of theme would suit our celebration. Project Art Plus was 19 years old in 2021. With a series of experiences, we reflected much about what meaningful means.

Is it something extravagant?
Is it something classy?
Is it something simple?

But then we realized that the most meaningful thing we have is our identity, the value of Project Art Plus. It gave power that helped us execute many concepts for our clients. Thus, we came up with the phrase "BE YOU, Believe in Yourself" as our theme, as a reminder to do our best without losing our color. We hoped the guests would grasp the idea well and stay to their colors.

The celebration night was held On December 23, 2021. All the attending guests brought basic necessities or medical packages for the charity. As an alternative, we also allowed our guests to contribute cash if they were unable to bring the packages at the time.

When the guests filled the ballroom, we started the celebration with praise and worship by GSJS; followed by the launching of Project Art Plus & Project Art Plus Team Apps as the highlight event. Led by our event director, the apps aimed to help all parties coordinate better externally and internally. This launch fit best with our theme and acted as a form of commitment we made. We might have lots of experience, but improvement is necessary to give the best services for our clients while maintaining our core value. We want our clients to prepare well too for their big day without any single detail left behind. The elaborate presentation was then followed by dinner that all guests enjoyed. Later on, there were several games carried out to entertain everyone.

When the night keeps falling and the excitement starts to linger, the time to say goodbye grows near. Before we wrapped up the celebration, we exchanged gifts with all the guests. We made a big circle in the ballroom -- yes, 350 guests in a circle, filling the entire room. Just...wow! We finally said goodbye to each other after saving our memories in files of pictures.

On December 25 and 26, all the collected packages were delivered to Panti Asuhan Yestoya, Panti Asuhan Agape and Panti Asuhan Arief Rahman Hakim. We managed to bring 45 sacks of rice, 15 liters of cooking oil, 16 pieces of 2-kg sugar, 16 boxes of masks, 14 strips of multivitamin, 15 strips of Vitamin D supplements, and an amount of cash. Like our celebration night, we also held praise and worship with the people at the orphanages. We are glad for the opportunity to share the blessing we received with the people around us. We hope in 2022, that blessing could extend further in other forms for others.
