This is a story about two becoming one, about Edwin and Bridgeta.
Edwin has fallen in love with Bridgeta, but on that day he has fallen in love even deeper than before. Her smile, her eyes, her voice, everything makes his heart in a great flutter. Bridgeta has admired Edwin for his charm, but on that day she has found a new one in him. She cannot hold her smile, as she keeps her gaze on him.
That beautiful scene was happening during Edwin and Bridgeta’s engagement until their wedding day. They were having an engagement two days before the wedding day so that families and friends could gather despite the pandemic situation.
The events were held in the same venue, Imperial Ballroom 1, Pakuwon Golf & Family Club Surabaya. For the engagement, the theme is Chinese vibes, with gold and white as the primary colors. You can see the colors emitting elegance and classic at the same time. The details of Chinese patterns emphasized the concept used and completed the whole theme. They were having the engagement ceremony in the afternoon with close families and friends. At night, they have a grand engagement dinner with more guests.
In the following two days, Edwin and Bridgeta hold their wedding ceremony. The venue was inspired by English Hyde Park, with blush pink as the highlight of the concept. Besides the idea, the tables set are unique compared to other weddings. With a rose-like arrangement, the bride and groom were sitting in the middle of the ballroom, along with their parents. The rest of the family and friends were sitting on the petals and leaves arrangement. You cannot help but be in awe when seeing the layout.
It was a long procession for them, but thankfully the happiness wiped away their tiredness. The smiles not only belong to Edwin and Bridgeta, but also to all families and friends attending.
