A lantern always captivates someone's sight when the night comes. As you get close to it, you are welcomed with its warmth. The flame dancing in the lantern radiates its beauty from the inside out. We ever met a soul like this -- a young girl named Stephanie, who was about to take her first step to adulthood.

Hanie, her nickname, loves purple and Rapunzel so much. She dreams of a scene like the Disney movie Tangled as her sweet seventeen's party. Hearing her well-crafted idea, we were excited to plan and execute it as her birthday party.

A forest-like nuance welcomed the guests with green and purple hues. Not far from the entrance was a mini boat with a sweet touch of flying lanterns in the background. It was as dazzling as the scene in Tangled where Rapunzel and Flynn sang "I See the Light". After a few steps ahead, they could enjoy the tranquil scene of lanterns floating up and down in synchrony while waiting for Hanie to come. To complement the Tangled theme, we portrayed the village's buildings in the stage decoration and made the iconic castle an inspiration for the five-tiered birthday cake.

Soon after, the star of the night finally appeared. She shone so brightly in her beautiful gown. As she walked gracefully through the polonaise, her face was always beaming with a smile. While carrying a beautiful lantern filled with flowers in her hand, Hanie stood on the stage with her family to finally greet all guests and start the whole party. The orchestra then played the soundtrack from Tangled, which continued throughout the celebration.

The party was not only fun but also full of surprises from and for Stephanie. After swaying the guests with her elegance, Hanie surprised them with her cool dance in a fancy hip dress. In return, she was astounded upon knowing that Julian Jacob appeared as a guest star. The surprise was a success, as our team and her family tried our best to keep this secret from Hanie. As the cherry on top, thanks to DJ Stanley and DJ Tripleks, the party was wrapped up neatly. It was satisfying to see Hanie’s smile from the very beginning until the end. We hope just as the flame in a lantern lights up the path ahead, she will continue to exude radiant happiness for years to come.
